How a family dental practice turns ad clicks and late-night questions into booked visits, in English and Spanish
A busy general and implant practice with a front desk that spent its day answering the same questions by phone. Lorryn is building six connected tools: ad landing pages, a bilingual assistant, emergency triage, callback capture, an after-hours phone agent and online booking with reminders.
The whole system
Every way a patient reaches out ends in a booked chair
Each ad lands on a page made for that search
Ad clicks used to land on the home page, where people had to hunt for what they searched for. Now "emergency dentist" lands on an emergency page and "dental implants" lands on an implant page, each with the offer, the insurance they take and one clear next step.
The questions the front desk hears all day, answered online
Insurance, prices, hours and "can you see me Saturday" make up most phone calls. The assistant answers them from the practice's own information, in English or Spanish, and switches language whenever the patient does. Hours: Mon–Wed 9–6, Thu 11–8, Fri 9–5, Saturday by appointment.
A toothache at 10 PM gets a clear next step
When someone says "I have a toothache", the assistant asks a few short questions. Facial swelling with trouble breathing or swallowing goes straight to 911. Severe pain or a knocked-out tooth gets the after-hours line. Everything else becomes a first-thing-tomorrow emergency slot.
The morning starts with a sorted list, not a voicemail box
Every conversation that needs a person becomes one line: what the patient needs, their insurance, and the language to call back in. Emergencies sit at the top. The desk calls back with the answer ready instead of starting from "how can I help you?"
The same assistant on the phone, then straight into the schedule
Calls after closing get the same answers and triage as the website, and land on the morning list.

Target times for each job, and what we’ll measure once it’s live.
Target time per task
Each bar is one job, done once. Targets from timing the current process with the practice.
What we’ll measure at launch
Numbers the practice’s own systems will show
Questions practice owners ask
Does the assistant give medical advice?
No. It answers practice questions and sorts urgency. Clinical decisions stay with the dentist.
Do we have to change our practice software?
No. Booking connects to the patient portal the practice already uses.
This project is in build. Times shown are targets, worked out by timing the current process with the practice, not results. We will publish measured times once it is live. Conversations shown are examples.
